I took The Power of Living Trusts in Estate Planning 90min seminar put on by Daniel Chapman through my local park & rec. It was well attended and that is probably because people have figured out it's well worth it. Daniel was very thorough with the information that he presented and did a great job addressing all questions. I would definitely recommend this seminar to anyone who is curious to see if they would benefit from a Living Trust!

Daniel made it exceptionally easy to set up the trusts I had been putting off for years. He took the time to explain the types of trusts and gave examples of the kinds of assets that would go into each of them, and then we went over wills. After the first visit I had a clear idea of what I wanted to do and how to go about it. I gave him a copy of my old will and a trust I had set up online, both of which I wasn't comfortable with, and ideas of what I wanted in the new trusts and will. He sent the new documents to me a few weeks later for review, and shortly after that I signed the documents in his office with witnesses he provided. It was an easy process, and I got exactly what I was looking for...peace of mind.
