What should I bring to an estate planning or probate consultation?
Helpful documents may include existing wills or trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, financial account information, beneficiary designations, and any court documents related to a probate matter. For estate planning consultations, clients should also complete the Confidential Estate Planning Worksheet before the meeting.
